I suffer from a lot of neck problems and sleep on my back with the best neck support I can find. I've tried neck rolls, the wonder pillow, an expensive inflatable (developed a leak at around 18 months), etc. I also have need for VARIABLE neck support depending on both neck and migraine status.The delight of this pillow is that the inflatable baffle allows me to vary the neck support as needed, and unlike my other inflatable, I can reach up in the middle of the night to adjust it as needed. It works using the kind of inflation thingy you find on a blood pressure cuff. My other inflatable used a pump like you might get with an exercise ball. Easy enough to deflate a little at night - but to inflate you would actually need to wake up, find the pump, etc.Though I seldom sleep on my side, I do try to take naps on my side, and I find this pillow great for slide sleeping. Plenty of positions, good neck support, and a hollow for my nose so I'm able to breathe easily without my face being all smushed up in the pillow. I remember when I was a regular side sleeper that I always had to sleep on the edge of the pillow to be able to breathe well. This is great - and would work really well for anyone on a CPAP.So why only 5 stars? I don't know if this is a consistent problem or a quality control issue, but the air baffle doesn't seem to be centered. I find that when I blow the baffle up to a fairly stiff level, I can detect the edge of it and my head rolls off to the left if I don't stick a towel or something under the pillow to compensate. Frustrating, but I still love this pillow!!
