At first the pump didn't work. I checked the voltage on the batteries and one of them was DEAD ( I ordered the batteries NEW from Amazon). Go figure.Anyway, I found out the pump works fine as long as at least 2 of the batteries are fully powered. It inflated the light air mattress very quickly. Deflated it very fast.I think some of the negative reviews on this pump were because of the same battery issue because there is nothing wrong with this pump.
