These are so great for less waste (than foil) and easy clean up! I wasn't sure if they would work in the Nuwave because when I've used regular parchment paper in the past, it causes the Nuwave to overheat, but these do not do that!!These also seem to absorb a little bit of the moisture from whatever I'm cooking, which I like. With foil, the moisture or excess oil just pools up under/around the food, so food comes out better on these parchment liners than on foil.In the pictures I've included, you can see how the moisture from my little stuffed salmon pieces soaked into the liner a bit, but didn't soak all the way through (there's no oil or moisture on the foil that I lined the bottom drip-tray with).I've used these with salmon (large pieces as well as the little ones pictured), burgers, onion rings, French fries, fried zucchini, pizza, cookies... All kinds of things and they've yet to disappoint me!I highly recommend these!!
