I ordered a cool air intake, the price seemed to be extremely low. I called customer service to verify this was indeed a cold air intake. The women I spoke to guaranteed it was the correct item after I stressed the price seemed very low. This item was to be a birthday gift. When it arrived it was a Bully Commercial Trailer Jack. I called customer service again. They said that their own warehouse (Amazon not 3rd party) had apparently mislabeled the Bully Jack as a Volant Cold Air Intake. They would not offer a correct replacement of the air intake I ordered. Next I had to go to a UPS store to return the item so I would get my money back. Such poor customer service.
