Bought this for our convection toaster oven/air fryer. Works great but be sure to let it hear all the way up before using it.Great baking stone. So far, we have used it for making homemade pizza, baking a zucchini flatbread crust, and a galette. All turned out well with great texture and flavor. The crusts and doughs all baked well, were consistent, and nothing came out burnt.
