I have to believe the publisher mistakenly printed the wrong book inside this jacket. Although the cover is as depicted on Amazon, the rest of this book is not as described. First of all, there are no illustrations as mentioned in the reviews, then there is absolutely no nutrition information for each recipe as noted on the back cover jacket, and finally, I would not consider many of the included recipies as either air fryer or keto. I don't know what is going on here, but this is not the book described.
