This product is very simple: weather-resistant netting, reinforcing and grommets in the corners, and four bungee cords. That said, this functions exactly as expected -- keeps leaves and other debris from falling into to A/C unit. Mine is a larger unit, and the 28x28 inch size fits if I place it squarely on top instead of diagonally. This means the bungees go on the corners instead of the sides. One side, is of course, where the control panel lives. I simply added some rope so the bungee could hook onto something solid.Keeps out debris very well, and as far as we can tell, has not negatively affected the airflow or functionality of our A/C unit. Good product and will help reduce the amount of annual cleaning.
