Was worried about sizing given the reviews I read but when these pants got discounted, thought it was worth a try. I have about a 30-31” inseam and a 31” waist and ordered the size 30 regular. It was a perfect fit. I am at full width at waist and the knee pads are where they are supposed to be. I’m so glad I pulled the trigger on these because Klim no longer makes them and the alternative now is a much cheaper made Baja line. With the Rally Air, Klim went all out with the best materials. For example, I needed the fuller leather coverage inside leg because I ride a Scrambler 1200 with the high pipes. These also have the beefy D30 pads, a tail bone pad, and thigh pads. The cuffs are also wider for off-road boots. I could see why Klim originally had to charge so much for these—just top end everything but most don’t want to pay so much for summer pants, so you probably won’t see Klim going so overboard on mesh pants again. If you live in a warm climate where you can ride year-round like me, you won’t want to miss these.
