I'm a mechanic, so you're not going to want to do what I am going to do to get this thing to work. First of all, you have to kind of do a loop de loop with your air line because the port for this is not facing the same direction as oem. I don't like that, but I'm going to deal with it. Another thing I don't like is that connected to the palm is this metal bracket and you'll notice on your original, it has a flange where the electrical connector will slide onto and click on. It holds it in place. Easy enough to just tie strap that to something so I don't care so much. Next, this pump has more travel it seems on its bushing isolators, that will isolate the vibrations from the vehicle, and though I don't like that, it's whatever at this point. Final thing, I can't get the connector on mine to lock the airline in. I push the airline all the way in, and I can pull it right back out. I thought maybe the collar is screwed up so I pulled the collar back to make sure it wasn't depressed which is how it releases the airline, and still, it comes right back out. I wanted to return it, but the seller was requiring that I paid return shipping, and then I found out about A to Z returns and how you can turn in your shipping costs to Amazon and be refunded the costs, but I'm across the country because I live out of an rv, and I have a feeling that something is going to happen that won't be in my favor. Like, they'll only do a partial refund of the shipping cost because now I'm further away from wherever it was and shipping prices are insane when you don't have a prepaid label from a company that is getting heavily discounted shipping because they have a commercial account with the shipping companies. That's why I thought it was so weird that they would make me go through the other way, and after ensuring the package and requiring delivery signature, it's going to end up being almost $50! So you know what I'm going to do? I am going to insert the airline, I'm going to hold it there will I test the unit to make sure it works, and then I'm going to put an ungodly amount of hot glue all over that thing to make sure it never comes back out.If everything works away I plan for it to work, I will be updating this review to four stars.
