I find this very useful. I have used the language in here for Evals, reccomendation letters, and even resume bullet points. I'm in the Navy and use this. I'm only saying this incase someone does not have the common sense to know that the language in here would be useful across all branches and even into civilian work preformance reports.I would also like to add that the negative epr points are hilariously savage and brutal and should never be used but are funny to read out loud at work.Many useful phrases for inclusion in evaluations, feedback, and award right ups. The book offers explanations and examples for many evaluation categories. The examples go from excellent to needs improvement. It is a little dated, but the language and phrases are still useful.Very happy with this purchase. I used it to update my resume'.
