I honestly wanted some protection for my iPad and I've tried many cases in the past for protection. I will say that while this case is a bit bulky, similar to an Otterbox, I feel completely confident that it will protect my iPad from at least a three-foot drop which I've already done a few times.Overall, the condition of the case I received was of good quality. It came with a screen protector and an open-faced option. I personally don't use the screen protector attachment.With regard to instructions, that's a completely different analysis. The instructions, for me, were not really helpful, but it doesn't really take a rocket scientist to figure it out. With that said, it is fairly easy to put together. The key is to remember how it came apart and you're golden.You get full functionality with the case and the side volume up/down buttons work also which I thought wouldn't because they're so far away from the iPad due to the iPencil slot. When putting it all together, please don't follow my lead and try to center the iPad in the enclosure. It should be off-centered otherwise the enclosure will not contain your device.Shipping was fast so I was extremely happy with that. It also has a holder for your iPencil which will not fall out when dropped from a couple feet. Again, I've done this also with the pencil attached. :)It also has a 360° rotating stand with a detachable lanyard/carrying strap. The stand allows you to lock it in place and at the push of a button, it is easily converted back to flat.Great product overall!
