We purchased this bed for our daughter to use as a guest bed. It arrived on time. However, when the box was opened, the bed was NOT as depicted in the Amazon ad. The bed in the ad shows that a pump is included. The bed that we received did not have a pump. Since there was no way to blow up the bed, I cannot rate it on ease of filling or on comfort. We sent the bed back for a refund and purchased and Aerobed instead. The Aerobed has a built-in pump and is vert comfortable.We had a hard time filling it all the way up. I felt that it needed to be blown back up each day. It was ok for the money.Would not hold air on first night. Only one 75 pound teen granddaughter slept 9n it. Very disappointed.serves the purpose. Had a problem with the inflator. The company replaced it for me.The battery operated pump kept going and going but the mattress never totally inflated. Don't think it's the mattress. I think the pump isn't powerful enough to inflate it to a comfortable lever. Going to purchase another mattress without a pump and buy pump separately. Live and learn.Unfortunately this thing lasted for three uses then couldn't stay inflated. It was always used indoors and great care was taken to make sure it was never around any sharp objects. I searched for a solid hour with a squirt bottle trying to find the leak but to no avail. I recommend buying 3 cheaper ones from walmart which will equal about the same amount of money.The pump that came with it did not work.This is was great the first two times we used it. Then it wouldn't stay inflated. It has only been used indoors and nowhere near sharp objects. Bottom line: buy a different mattress.
