QUALITY MATERIAL The air hose is made of polyurethane material with 1/4'' inside diameter and a length of 25 feet. Polyurethane air compressor hose has the advantages of good elasticity, abrasion resistance and light weight.
BEND RESTRICTORS Black bend restrictors on both ends of the air hose prevents excessive kinking of the bends, effectively extending the life of the bends. The spring shape prevents tangling and makes air hose easy to organize and store, saving space.

HIGH STRENGTH The air hose can be used to connect air compressors and air tools up to a maximum working pressure of 300 PSI. This air hose is resistant to low temperatures and can withstand temperatures as low as -20 ℃, making it suitable for a variety of cold environments.
I purchased this as an extension to my existing air compressor hose. My current hose would not reach all the way from the compressor, out through a window, and to the alley to inflate my neighbor’s tires. I wanted one that would last and take up a small space for storage between its infrequent uses.Besides the hose, you get an I/M plug to FIP (female NPT) thread, an I/M plug to MIP (male NPT) thread, and a quick coupler with FIP thread. The MIP connections have a red coating that I assume is some form of thread lock. You also get a full roll of Teflon thread tape. I don’t understand how thread lock would work with Teflon tape applied to it.After assembly, I tested it as an extension to my normal hose, and there were no air leaks. I left the hose plugged in for over an hour, and the compressor did not kick in.The hose takes moderate pull to extend, and when I released it, it did not resume its original ordered shape, but some of the curl got out of order. This is simply cosmetic.The hose comes with plastic end reinforcement that looks sturdy.Only time will tell how the hose will age, but with what I know, I would have no hesitation to purchase it again.
