Worth the upgrade from flat stock grips. The three rubber cushion pad (ring) wrap around the grip, where the ISO grips are 8 separated uniform pads. Pad cushion is slightly firmer and thinner than the ISO. Riders with average or smaller hands will not feel this is as thick or fat as ISOs. Also pads have knurled like texture for extra grip. Less slippage when you need to hold the throttle down with an open palm without the throttle boss (rocker). The rocker comes attached and the adjustment screw is inside the grip. Need longer the 8in and thin phillips to see it, but can go by feel. You will need to remove the grip 2 or 3 times from the handlebars to adjust the rocker to your preference before mounting permanently. Two throttle ring clips included for small or large (metric) throttle housing connection. Crazy glue and adhesive strips included for tight secure fit to handlebars. Not a difficult install.
