Logitech Ultrathin Folio Keyboard Case for iPad Air - Slim Bluetooth Keyboard Cover (Compatible with iPad Air 1st Gen, Not for iPad Air 2) - Perfect for Typing, Work & Travel

Case broke after just a few weeks' use! I currently have a support request in with Logitech, but that's been going on for well over 2 weeks! Not satisfied with their slow progression is responding to my warranty request! I'll update this review as things progress...if deserved. The part that broke is the hard plastic that supports the iPad in place at the top right corner. Without both corner pieces in tact the iPad simply slides out! The keyboard portion of the case is okay, as well as the stand portion, but the entire case is unusable with the broken corner!UPDATE, 8/24/16: As promised above, I am updating the "Customer Service/Support" portion of this review... I did (finally, yesterday) hear back from Logitech Support (they call it Customer Care). They gave me two options for replacing the broken case (the original is no longer available). Since I didn't want the same case in RED [:-O], I opted for a black one they call "Type+ Protective Case." I looked at the design in product images on Amazon; I'm a little dubious about the corners, but hopefully they've strengthened the plastic corners somewhat...I'll update this review again upon actual receipt and use of the replacement product.
