I have noticed a difference in throttle response but being the first time I drove my motor home with this on it I was also towing a car for the first time but you do get a lot more intake noise than stock which at times can be quite loud. I would still like do drive the MH without the 2600lb car be hind it to really see how much different the motor pulls on a hill than stock.
