This review has three sides. Review of the seller, a review of Beeman, and the actual rifle.I cannot say enough great things about the seller of this air gun. I had an issue with the rifle and they were quick to respond and rectify the issue. Communicating with me quickly throughout the whole return and exchange process. This is an example of what great customer service should be.Now for Beeman.A perfect example of what horrible non existent customer service is. I tried to go straight to Beeman with the problem I had with this air gun as it is not the seller that warranties the rifle. Beeman does, and good luck ever getting in touch with anyone from the company. I tried for 10 days straight. Calling their number multiple times a day only to get the same voicemail. Leaving my information every time. No call back ever TO THIS VERY DAY! Multiple emails to their warranty department and no response TO THIS VERY DAY! NONE. NADA. If not for the seller exchanging the rifle for me for a new one, the manufacturer warranty would have left me out of my money and no way of getting it fixed. This was a HUGE disappointment and I will never purchase another product from Beeman. EVER.The actual rifle.Nice feeling rifle. Seemed to be of decent quality. Decent packaging and everything was there upon unboxing. Set up of the scope was easy and pumping up the gun was no problem and held pressure without issue. After zeroing the scope and running about 50 shots the gun started misfiring. Sometimes it would fire. Sometimes it wouldn’t. There was inconsistent power in the shots as well after the misfiring started. I can honestly tell you the first shots were super accurate out to 50 yards with tight quarter sized groups. Dime at 25 yards. I now have the new replacement rifle and the accuracy seems to be the same after the first 50 shots and no issues as of now. I hope there will not be any problems as I shoot it more because I really am impressed with it and enjoy shooting it especially at the price point for a PCP. The biggest reservation I have with the purchase is there is a non existent warranty and no customer service. Very sad for a name in airguns that has been around for a long time.
