We are very happy with the air fryer, which is why we bought it (family of three). Other air fryers were just too small and cumbersome to use (like removing drawer/baskets when it's HOT). This appliance does many things and my critique would be a better manual to show how to use all the features available.We bought this for our RV, as we wanted to replace our propane oven. We do not "boondock", and always have electrical available so that wasn't an issue for us. We love this oven. I have to admit it took a bit to get used to the settings, as they are all preprogrammed. If you want a different temperature or cook time you have to manually adjust it. Once that was figured out it has been clear sailing. The fries are incredible; so crispy. I have also done pizza, cookies and casseroles. I would definitely recommend this product.Difficult to useI really do not like to cook but this is so simple and easy that I have really been having fun with it. It's easy to use and easy to clean. I think this is a must have for anyone who is thinking of getting one. It cooks quite a bit at a time, unlike the other air fryer that I have. I totally love it!I really tried to like this oven, i even called the phone number 3 times , and emailed (no response) about how to operate this oven.. the manual is very very basic.. had a terrible time trying to figure out the presets.. then when i did , it did not cook well at all, especially on air fry , toast only one side cooked.. hamburgers 40 ‘mins and still raw on inside, had to finish them up , in microwave.. French fries, i amke my own , inside of fries nice, but rubbery on outside… i really wanted this oven to work, as i liked the idea of the steam, but its a shallow well in bottom of the oven, which means drip tray has to be removed, so that means meat mess will run all over the bottom… i did try the steam function, but couldn’t get it to steam very well.. I think it was defective, as I couldn’t get the elements to turn red … when i called , the girl really tried to help, and even called me back with answers, but it was such a disappointment… so i did return it.. beware they require you to carry the unit to a ups store.. which was difficult for us, as my husband and I couldn’t lift it very well .. and it was hard on us getting it into our vehicle, then trying to get it into the store… finally ups guy came out to help… but we have ups trucks twice a day on our street, so no idea why we were required to take it to ups store..I love the duel cooking option, here are hamburgers on top on the cooking sheet and on bottom I put frozen hamburger rolls, burger came out nice and juice and bread smelled like coming out from the bakeryI LOVE MY NEW AIRFRYER/OVEN.We have a small Ninja air fryer and 4 kids so I wanted to upgrade to a larger air fryer so we didn’t have to cook three pieces at a time. I saw this and the good reviews so I purchased it. It is a nice looking unit. The directions that come with it leave a lot to be desired. It doesn’t tell you anything more than the very basics.We tested it out today and to our disappointment it only does 3 more pieces of chicken than our Ninja unit despite their claims. I tried the rotisserie function and you can only fit a bird the size of a small pigeon in it. To make matters worse, it took twice as long to cook the three additional pieces of chicken so we were no further ahead despite the huge size of this item. I returned the unit and will purchase a second ninja air fryer.Was hard to use in the beginning, but now that I understand how it works, I'm enjoying it
