Is a very good toster but the button for select the cook mode sometime works and sometimes doesn’t, I bought a the first and had this problem I retorned it and the replacement also had the same problem. When is hot it shot down by itself and you have to be on top of it tu finish what you are doing, I am going to keep it but it have many bad detailsThis machine is really good at cooking evenly and not hard to clean at all. I would recommend this machine to anyone. It is well worth it to by this machine. Makes wonderful hot sandwiches.Temperature control cannot be fine tunedI tried 13 low end models, and this beats all hands down! Seriously, this has a smart feature too! I have cooked steak, chicken, tortillas (open and shut) hamburgers and will be grilling some zucchini tomorrow, I could not wait though to share my enthusiasm about this Gevi griddle..way to go .. finally a product worth buying..Have had no problems. Don’t miss any of the bells and whistles that come with pricier items.This unit preheats and then cooks the Panini all automatically.
