This is great for keeping my cookie sheets clean and for adding things to the tray during cooking. I just wish the silicone trays were slightly wider.Got this kit in order to more easily cook up my salmon dinner. In each tray I place a couple of servings of salmon fillet with sides of cubed potatoes. I use a silicone sheet on top to reduce splatter as well as a very small piece of parchment under the fish to proactively protect the silicone tray somewhat. I've used this new setup for a couple of months and, so far, food and oil have come off with just a slight amount of staining, and the trays clean up in less than two minutes. The metal pan is great for keeping the trays together, so I just need to lift the pan out of the oven to serve the food. A great idea and a nice time-saver. This product deserves five stars for sure.Nothing wrong with it other than it's too small. Ok for a family of 2This is not a standard oven size baking pan, it's half that size. I completely filled all four sections, piled up, with six carrots and one onion.Don't think about using this to make a "sheet pan dinner" for a family.It's easy to clean, for sure, but it's not going to solve all your needs.Easy to clean but don't soak it too long or else the water print will stay on it.These will be perfect for us 2 for use in my air frier. They can be used solo and are safe up to 420... I dint I'll go above 400 just for safe keeping. I have a pretty large air fryer and I could fit all 4 large ones in on the 2 shelves. They are ticket than I imagined and are absolutely perfect.The separate silicone pans are perfect for cooking several different items at once. Baked chicken, sliced potatoes and asparagus…dinner is ready!Easy to use and clean upThis is a really useful set if you often just cook for yourself or maybe for two people. It keeps different foods separate and you can time and add different dishes as cooking proceeds. Easy to clean, food didn't stick. Das Blech selbst verzieht sich nach kurzer Hitzeeinwirkung im Ofen hörbar, eine Ecke steht dann hoch. Das führt in meiner Bewertung zum Abzug von einem Stern.Die Silikonformen sind wirklich gut, habe darin Schafskäse mit Gemüse bei 200°C in Öl gebacken. Ließen sich ohne Umstände von Hand reinigen, Verkrustungen fallen einfach ab. Zu Reinigung im Geschirrspüler kann ich nichts sagen.A very useful kitchen item. I would highly recommend baking the tray and dishes in the oven at 220c until all the manufacturing materials are burnt off. This takes time. But a very good product
