This certainly gives more cooking area without things sticking to each other. My zucchini stuck to the metal, so I was a bit disappointed, but it may have been user error??? It's hard to find these small enough for my small airfryerThe inside diameter of my 2.5qt fryer is 6 and 3/8 inches. The plain rack just fits! The toaster rack is 6and 3/4 (6/8) inches corner to corner, so I will have to bend the legs inward to hopefully get a fit. The outside diameter of the skewer rack is 6and 1/2 (4/8) inches, so I will remove the legs and wire them to an inside crossbar of the rack in order to get a fit. - - And all to get some healthier food for this little old lady.
