I purchased 5W version of the solar air pump in July 2021. It was easy to setup. It was working as expected and I loved it. However, couple weeks ago, it just stoped working. I try to clean the panel, checked the connection to be sure and nothing! There was no air, the air pump is dead.Update: 9/20201Lewisia contacted me, and wanted to address my problem with the pump. I was surprised since I did not initiate the communication. They offered to replace the product, which I did not ask. I think that if the company is standing behind their product, and concerns with customer satisfaction. You, as customer, can purchase with confidence. It was my mistake to not contact the company when I had a problem and wrote a bad review.
