Very disapointing! Great sounds, very good recording, and some very special moments in the 2nd half of track 4 and specially 5. But 1,2,3 are too fast and jarring to me. Too many beautiful swells are interrupted just before you can enjoy them fully, yanked before they can stretched reach into infinite silence . Meditation Bowls for ADD or for Max Roach and Ginger Baker fans. I suspect the player is either very young, or a coffee drinker in a rush.Slow down! Too few strikes are allowed to decay long enough and truly resonate into "infinity"we need resonance to vanish into silence, or close to it, to reach that inner depth. The concept of the rhythm of Breath or the Ocean seems absent from this CD except on track 5, a really great one. Also the attack sometimes is a bit jarring. I really wish a softer mallet, cloth or rubber had been used instead of what sounds like hard wood.
