I found the microwave to be easy to use after reviewing the manual. Using the air fryer was interesting. I attempted to cook some fish with batter, let's just say more experimenting is needed. I would question the sensor reheating as it has heated everything to searing hot with no indication the microwave sensors it is hot enoughAfter we ordered this microwave, are old one started working again. This one is still in the box, because we have just not switched them out. I guess that is because it is easier to use the one we have.I trusted the reviews that were 4+ and love this machine. It was as they said, read the instructions. Microwave is as fast as my other one. Air frier is slightly slower but the taste is amazing. But if you try and operate it as did my husband without reading instructions you will fail. Using combo together may be slower but I am looking for taste. And we saved room.The actual oven dimensions of unit didnot inclue a 2" vent plus a 6" clearance space in the ad. This inspite of fact that the oven is designed to be enclosed in a cabinet space! I don't know if I'm going to be able to put this oven in my microwave compartment/shelf/cabinet.Ordered what I thought was just a open box or just returned one. It arrived with the door open button in the bottom of the box with plastic tabs broken. This button appears to be a bad design. Very cheaply made. The area of microwave that butts up to the door, sticks out further at the bottom than the top. Poor quality or dropped. But box seemed fine. Alot of loosely designed plastic on an expensive microwave. This renewed/open box was only discounted alittle less than a new one. This one was damaged. I did not even take it out of the box. I used to think PANASONIC was a very good brand....Based on this one, not any more.I've only had this a few days, but I've tried all the functions except the combo. It does everything easily and well. I love the reheat. You don't have to set a time. The new technology measures when the food is hot enough and automatically shuts off., I broiled chicken breast and baked a meatloaf both to perfection. Next time I will cut baking time a little. The oven preheat function is much faster than my old combo microwave convection oven and my regular oven. The instructions are easy to follw\ow. Today I would give it an A+.Really happy with the purchase. I hate to heat up the big convection oven for just a pizza or dinner rolls. This is so much faster and even can User lower temperature since I think the oven is smaller. In the meantime I use this even for cake and all. Microwave works also great. My only fear is that I will use the microwave with the oven tray.. one needs to be careful with the trays. But just love this, so easy to use!Very loud for a new microwave. The UI panel has numerous tiny buttons with tiny inscriptions, making the interface unnecessarily complicated. I suspect that there will be great difficulty cleaning the area where the infra red lamps are, if a splatter occurs. I returned unit.
